OMGGGGGG.
sorry too happy. cause yea, bin calling that bloody hotline (really very hot ._.) since 9am and FINALLY at 1+ when my mum called, they picked up AND WE MANAGED TO BOOK THE CHALETTTT. thanks to clement and michelle teo for also trying to call :D
k, so the dates (finally) is set on 10-12 NOVEMBER 2008 (MON TO WED) AT HOMETEAM NS CHALET NEAR PASIR RIS PARK :D
oh, the slots for wkend full le, thats why i book on 10-12. at first wanted to book 9-11, but then i realised that wkend book MORE EXPENSIVE than wkday!!! (cause our dates haven pri sch hols yet, they consider OFF PEAK :DDDDDD)
so therefore, instead of the oh-so-expensive 109 ++ bucks need to pay for one night, due to our early holiday which is off peak, we only need to pay 75 X 2 bucks for the 3 DAY 2 NIGHT CHALET :D
anddddd therfore, PLEASE BRING 10 BUCKS TMR OR WHATEVER TO PAY TO MEEE OR ANY ORGANISING PERSON :D THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

i have collated the results and the end is a 8-5-6, with 10 pple anything.
and therefore, our chalet SHOULD be held on 7-9 of Nov if nothing goes wrong. :D

ok so now here's the deal. Aloha Loyang like a bit no space alre, for the dates that we want to book. so..we have an alternative.
the HOMETEAM NS CHALET ;D
Which is the one NEAR aloha Loyang, near pasir ris park, the sec one chalet location :D
its like about $107 per night which is more than the 90 bucks of ALoha Loyang, but its still rather acceptable pricing right..
so yupps, for this chalet, the dates are like TOTALLY AVAILABLE. (no its not haunted or whatever) but its cause you ONLY CAN BOOK one month in advance. So right, lets say we wana book on 15th Nov, then we 1st Oct can call at 9am to book alre! so for NOW CURRENTLY, the november slots are all free, cause obviously, its not 1st oct yet.
therefore, i'll be ringing their hotline like mad on 1st Oct at 9am to book :D so so so...i need you all to settle the dates... IMPORTANT! pls tell you available dates from the option below to anyone of us (ya, you should know around who la right xD)
now, since we have a flexibility of dates, we decided to bring forward our chalet to after SPA because ya,
1) its only secondary sch chalet, so less pple
2) less people overseas
3) dont think it will clash wil extra lessons.
4) less CCA maybe. (but the thing is it wont clash with any outward bound or other class chalet or overseas or whatever)
ok so here are the DATES AVAILABLE.
1) 7 and 8 and 9 or Nov
Pro: its fri, sat and sunday. which means like any teacher we want to invite would most probably have time to come, and yepps, its the weekends. which means TOTALLY no clashes of extra lessons or whatsoever. and we checking out on sunday right, so those who need to go church can wake up earlier and zao :D
Cons: weekends, so more tuition, some pple might not be able to make it (although can cancel xD) and yepps, those who have bio SPA on fri may need to come late (but its ok thou cause only can check in at like 2-3?) its the weekends, so probably more kids and pple vying for facilities.
2) 8, 9, 10 Nov
Pro: basically the same as 7-9 nov. (refer to above) just that now its less rush for those bio SPA pple and actually nothing much else.
Con: this one have more. that means those pple going church would have difficulty, and MAY have extra lesson/CCA on mon and wouls basically ya, clash with evrything else. i personally prefer the 7-9 one. (but its my opinion only.)
3) 10, 11, 12 Nov
Pro: nothing much just that probably less people?
cons: many many that would clash with extra lessons and CCA (maybe) but the good thing is, it wont clash with ur church sessions or wkend tuition.
so yupps. end of choice! or any other suggestions can sms any one of us :D
oh and before i forget, we need an 18 YEAR OLD AT LEAST ADULT TO HELP US CHECK IN. ANY SIS/BRO WILLING TO HELP? (let us know!)
and yepps so SMS OR CALL anyone of us BEFORE TUESDAY to confirm the choice u want. or else we will just book whichever we want uh. so ya, thanks :D

its hui min here, after the first two papers of english and geog!
yups, as u all should alre know, i am here to update bout chalet stufffxzxzx (:
err the date is set around 2-4 Dec, at Aloha Loyang, Garden Terrace TENTATIVELY. ( cause we cant book UNTIL two months in advance D: ), so that means we only can book on 2nd oct, which is next thur. but nvm, yea all pray that we have slots left ok :D
so yupps, by 2 oct i think i'll update you all about any changes and after EOYs, can start planning for chalet alre! ya, can volunteer yourselves as well.
