ITS THE SAME CHALET WE'VE BOOKED IN 2007, OLEY (:
If you wanto go, please pass the money to xiongshihui in 4409.
$6 - coming one day
$8 - staying one night/ coming both days
$15 - staying both nights
Additional cost of $8 for bbq.
meaning if you're coming for bbq only, just need to pay 8 bucks (:
Please pass the money to shi hui ASAP or by 13th NOV ( LAST PAPER :D)

HELLO TWOFOUR!
here are the updates for chalet.
As seen from the tagboard, almost everyone wants aloha loyang so we'll be booking that place. Anyway, more updates!
1) Date
18th to 20th of Nov ( Wed to Fri )
Its 2 days after Prom!
CONS: v little time to prepare for chalet.
OR
4th to 8th of January 2010 (Mon to Friday)
Choose any 3 days! A few days before results is out i THINK. not sure when results will be out though..........................
CONS: MIGHT CLASH WITH RESULTS COLLECTION.
These dates are the non-peak hours for aloha loyang.
But it still costs 140 bucks per night. So this brings me to my next point.
WE NEED A CIVIL SERVANT TO BOOK THE CHALET.
So please volunteer you siblings or parents or relatives that can help us thank you!!
and also indicate on the tagboard if you prefer to have chalet in january or november.
2) Bbq
Bbq at Clement's place! If we're going to have chalet in January I was thinking of a bbq and maybe a one night stayover at his condo since we all miss each other so much and can't wait to see each other. It'll most probably be held a few days after Prom. So yup, pls indicate if you're interested too!
3) SPREAD THE WORD. TELL OTHER TWOFOURIANS ABOUT THE EXISTENCE OF THIS BLOG AND PLS INDICATE YOUR CHOICE BY FRIDAY, 4th of Sep 2008 23:59 PM (Its the last day of term 3)
as we need to book the chalet soon if we wanto have it in Nov!

Hellllloo allll its time to discuss about our 2/4 chalet' 09!!!!!!!!!
Many things to discuss okay lets start!!
1) Duration of the chalet
Either one night or two nights please chooooseeeee.
2) Venue
Home team ns (sec 1 and 3 chalet place) : roughly around $75 per night
Pros: Cheap. Place quite big.
Cons: Nothing to do ( according to some people -.- but anyway pasir ris park is near)
Aloha Loyang (sec 2 chalet place) : rougly around $90 per night or even more
Pros: beside a beach, got pool, gt gd amenities, gt redhouse. (according to prashan)
Cons: Expensive. and the chalet we're booking is alot smaller than the sec 2 one. I think only got 2 rooms. definitely smaller than the home team ns one.
And the prices would only apply if we have the chalet before 20th nov ( before primary school kiddos end their school term. if its after the price would be much higher (cos it would be super peak)
So it brings me to my next point,
3) Date
Between 13th nov - 20th nov. (after O's and before super peak timing)
Weekends are out cos they cost alot more. So we're left with 16-20th nov.
Okay.... nothing else about date we'll discuss it later when all of you have your holiday plans rougly made out. And anyway we only can book it 3 months before the day itself. so we'll discuss and fight over the date again. Meanwhile, please keep that week free for chalet to make things alot easier (:
4) Need of Civil Servant
We need a civil servant to help us book aloha chalet cos only then can it be $90 per night. if not its gonna way more expensive!!!!!! So yes pls tell me if you have a relative or friend who is willing to help us book and also be there on the first day to check in for us!!!!
5) ARE YOU GOING?!?!
and duh, please indicate if you are supportive of this chalet idea. which means, would you be going or not.
6) Helpers
Indicate if you would like to help out for the Chalet. We need help!! (any form of help, logistics, treasury, f&b)
7) cancel chalet. bbq instead?
Like what the heading says. If you think a chalet suck and you only want a bbq. please indicate also.
8) REPLY BY 26th june 2009 (last friday of holiday) AT THE TAGBOARD!!!!!

It is decided that gathering will be on Chu Ba, 31 Jan 09 (SAT). Venue will be at VIVOCITY, but if you have other suggestions you can just tag at the tagboard :)
Time will be decided the next time, LOL.

We'll be having our next outing soooon(hopefully) and I know all of you are super excited to see my pretty face! :)
Anyway, for those who have not smsed me about the dates you're free please do so ASAP because I have to jiao chai also one okay! :D
Venue is tentatively at Vivocity (Got GV, got pool, got food, got Toys 'R' us :D, got this got that got everything oh yes got cablecar :D) but still there were other suggestions too like Sentosa, Steamboat (eat, eat and eat :D), buffet (eat, eat, eat, eat, eat...), and some random people's house) Keep the suggestions going anyway :)
For those who were not as lag as the others and have told me the dates:

haha hello lets not forget to thank huimin for calling for 6 hours to book the chalet, and organising the whole thing. and of course thanks to chowqundi too! and xiaobai and her mum for checking in the chalet, and yess everyone of you who actually came and made the chalet loads of fun :D three cheers for twofour! :D

hello all,
2/4 07 chalet had ended successfully! (: thanks to evryone who made it and put in effort in one form or another, esp lydia (for marinating evrything), clement (treasurer) and lin kai (for her mother's beehoon) and all the others who helped us buy dinner / da bao / mineral water and all ok (:
looking forward to next's year MAYBE 2D1N or just a BBQ.
enjoy the remaining hols ah!...
